Att. Ezgi Kumaş, a member of the Istanbul Bar Association in Turkey, offers legal services across a wide range of legal fields, specializing particularly in commercial and corporate law, IT law, intellectual property law, consumer law, criminal law, and tax law. She is the co-founder and a partner of Keskiner Law Firm.
After being registered with the Istanbul Bar Association in 2010 and completing her legal internship at PwC, she worked as a lawyer for two years. During this period, she successfully handled a variety of legal cases, particularly in civil and criminal matters related to information technology and copyright disputes. She also expanded her expertise in IT Law through academic studies, with a focus on litigation processes.
Additionally, Att. Ezgi Kumaş has handled numerous legal issues in Commercial Law and Company Law, providing both consultancy and litigation services to corporations. She has also supported individuals seeking legal assistance against corporations, particularly in employment and consumer law. Her experience spans both private law and criminal law, particularly in cases involving private disputes.
In 2013, she began working as a research assistant in the Criminal Law Department at Gaziantep University, followed by a role in the International Law Department at Maltepe University. During her tenure in criminal law studies, she also lectured on Consumer Law at Gaziantep University.
With five years of experience in both legal practice and academia, she decided to establish her own law firm. Currently, she is completing her master’s thesis in IT Law at Marmara University and continues to provide legal consultancy and litigation services to her clients.
Att. Ezgi Kumaş is also a certified English-to-Turkish translator by notary, offering legal services to foreign clients in English.
